Accessibility Statement
Last updated: March 25, 2026
AIDentalClaims is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our platform.
Our Commitment to WCAG 2.1 AA
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines provide a framework for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Our ongoing accessibility efforts include:
- Ensuring sufficient color contrast ratios throughout the interface
- Providing keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
- Including descriptive alt text for meaningful images
- Using semantic HTML and ARIA attributes to support screen readers
- Maintaining visible focus indicators for keyboard users
- Providing skip navigation links for efficient page traversal
- Ensuring forms have properly associated labels and error messages
- Supporting text resizing without loss of content or functionality
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, we acknowledge that some areas of our platform may have accessibility limitations. Known issues include:
- Some third-party embedded content may not fully meet accessibility standards.
- Certain complex data visualizations may not be fully accessible to screen reader users. We provide text alternatives where possible.
- PDF documents generated by the platform may have limited accessibility features. We are working to improve PDF output.
We are actively working to identify and resolve these limitations.
