AIDentalClaims ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to respecting your privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other applicable state privacy laws.
We Do Not Sell or Share Personal Information
AIDentalClaims does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. This applies to all users, including California residents and residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws.
We process data solely to provide our dental claims intelligence services. We do not monetize your data through sale, rental, or disclosure to data brokers, advertisers, or other third parties for their own commercial purposes.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser or device sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for the sale or sharing of your personal information. No additional action is required on your part if you have GPC enabled.
Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA
As a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete: You may request the deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt Out: You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. As stated above, we do not sell or share your personal information, so no opt-out action is necessary.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information. We only use sensitive personal information for purposes authorized by the CCPA/CPRA.
Right to Appeal
If we deny your privacy rights request, you have the right to appeal our decision. To submit an appeal, email privacy@aidentalclaims.com with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal" within sixty (60) days of receiving our denial. We will respond to your appeal within forty-five (45) days. If the appeal is denied, you may contact the California Attorney General's office.
Other State Privacy Laws
In addition to California's CCPA/CPRA, we extend equivalent privacy rights to residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including:
- Virginia — Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA)
- Colorado — Colorado Privacy Act (CPA)
- Connecticut — Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA)
- Utah — Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA)

How to Exercise Your Rights
To submit a request to exercise any of the rights described above, you may contact us using any of the following methods:

We will verify your identity before processing your request. We aim to respond to all verifiable consumer requests within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require proof that the agent is authorized to act on your behalf before processing the request.
